They have been replaced by Nicolas Martins and Jeremy Doutte.

Jumia co-founder Raphael Afaedor took over reins of the ecommerce startup mid-2012 with a multimillion-dollar investment from Berlin-based Rocket Internet.

Three months later, following a controversial merger, Harvard Business-trained Tunde Kehinde emerged a co-Managing Director.

Both execs helped build the startup into one of Nigeria’s leading online retailers, with a reported $50 million in investments from foreign VCs.

Though reasons for their resignation remains shrouded, Tunde Kehinde has been tipped to launch a logistics company.

Going by the former Diageo exec’s LinkedIn page, he has founded a new company called NewCo, a new player in Nigeria’s logistics space.

New entrant Nicolas Martins, a 3-year McKinsey&Co senior engagement manager, began working in the Lagos-based Jumia warehouse August last year while his partner Jeremy Doutte was drafted from Jumia’s sister company in Egypt.

Kym Stylez: From A Life Of Prison To A Life Of Fashion

This story was gotten from allhiphop.com it was meant to inspire those who think they have arrived at the last chapter of their life to not give up but stand up and fight because there light at the end of the tunnel all they need is to go for it.

It hasn’t been an easy road to the world of fashion for designer Kim Stylez. Bad decisions early on in life, led Kym to a life of crime but despite all of that, she was able to learn from her mistakes and turn her life around to become a positive and productive force. This story is for all of those out there, male or female, looking for a second chance. Kym is proof positive that you can overcome and start all over again by renewing your attitude and applying the skills that you have been given. AllHipHop.com caught up with the Southern California fashion designer to hear her great little story. Here’s to the overcomers!

You became a mother at 15 years old?
Yes and I also lost my mother that year, so I became a mom while losing one. By the time my son was a little over a year old, I wound up in Prison.

What did you do?
I was robbing people.

Was this like a straight thug “give-me-your-money” type of robbery?
Yes. People always tell me that they can’t believe I was like that. My father is a lawyer, after all.

What brought you to do that?
It was sheer ignorance, lots of it, and desperation for funds. Part of it was rebellion and proving a point that I didn't need anyone. I knew what I was doing wasn't right. It didn't take long for me to realize that I needed to stop. I didn't have to go through a bunch of bad experiences to finally learn. I took that one lesson and grew from it. continue

Question Of The Day: How would Akon Have Fared If He Stayed Back In Africa

Raised in Senegal-Africa before making his way to the U.S and becoming the superstar he is today. He has inspired millions of people to do music and has continued to support Africa-related projects like aiding the underprivileged, educating the poor etc. But if he didn't leave the African continent, what could have become of the Locked Up singer?

Akon is no doubt a mega star with countless successful songs. He visits Africa more often and has been collaborating with some African stars like P-Square, Davido; and his Konvict Records has also signed business deals with artists like Wizkid. In fact, Akon loves the Africa Dream he somehow didn't have the chance to enjoy as a young man.

He’s done too many collaborations with other super stars across the globe and responsible for the T.Pain and  Lady Gaga’s coming to the limelight. His collabo with the Late King of Pop, Michael Jackson – Hold My Hand - stands one of his greatest achievements and for an African, a huge deal. His inability to speak French, even though he’s a Senegalese remains a shock to his fellow countrymen plus his surprising stand on polygamy – I’m an African. I have many kids – is still unbelievable.  Yet his honesty, talent and simplicity takes all the shine.

But the question of the day is: What if he never ever left this continent, would he have made the same huge success like he did in America? Do you think he could have been a singer, music producer or his hustling spirit could have provided him with any millions?
Let’s chat, shall we?

Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull will join Brazilian singer Claudia Leitte on the official World Cup anthem "We Are One,"

US pop music stars Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull will join Brazilian singer Claudia Leitte on the official World Cup anthem "We Are One," FIFA announced in Rio on Thursday.

"Only music and football can attract 80,000 people to a stadium, but a concert has just one artist, while football has 22," said FIFA Secretary General Jerome Valcke at Brazil's Maracana Stadium.

"We are here to break down barriers and show that through sports and music we are one," said Pitbull, a Cuban-American rapper whose real name is Armando Christian Perez, at the event held here five months before kickoff.

Leitte said the song would show off her country's love affair with musical and sporting rhythm.

"Music is my passion and football is the passion of the Brazilian people," the singer said.

"We want to show the passion and the culture -- that's what we have in this record. We are in the finishing phases.

"This music will be a golazo!" she added, using a term which means "great goal" in Spanish and Portuguese.

Lopez was not in Rio for Thursday event.

Former Brazilian skipper and World Cup winner Cafu said the song "incorporates the rhythms of Brazil and of the Brazilian people -- people will dance to the World Cup beat."

Alexandre Schiavo, president of FIFA commercial partner Sony Music Brazil, also praised the happy marriage between football-loving Brazil and its infectious music.

"Brazilian music is very rich and music and football is a passionate combination," Schiavo said.

Organizers hope the recording enjoys similar success to Colombian star Shakira's "Waka Waka" signature tune from the last World Cup, held in South Africa in 2010.

That track was a huge success, notching up more than half a billion Youtube views
