He has just emerged as the first African artiste to grace the cover
of Spotify’s ‘African Heat Playlist‘.
The digital music service launched the African playlist recently
to cater to its increasing users from the African continent as well
as to connect with music and sound from Africa.
In January 2016, Davido signed a mega deal with Sony Music
Worldwide and has since set up a new record label, Davido Music Worldwide (DMW).
