Men who allegedly stole goats stripped naked & paraded around town

According to CKN, this happened in one of the Eastern states in Nigeria. He didn't say where exactly and when but it's sad to see. Two men who allegedly stole goats, beaten, stripped naked and paraded around town like they who meted out jungle justice are holier. Once more will should put an end to jungle justice, having caught wait and hand them over to the police or relevant authorities.
