Former Enugu first lady passes on. Mr. Chimaroke Nnamani

The wife of former Enugu State Governor, Mrs. Nnenna Agnes Nnamani has died at age 47, on Friday, September 4, 2015 at Orlando, Florida, United Stated as a result of complications from sickle cell disease and cerebral aneurysm.

This was disclosed in a statement signed by Nnamani’s Media Consultant, Dan Nwomeh said: "Former Enugu first lady passes on. Mr. Chimaroke Nnamani, on behalf of the Nwankwo Anike Nnamani family of Amaiyi Amakpu Agbani in Nkanu West Council Area of Enugu State has announced the passing of its mother and former first lady of Enugu State, Mrs. Nnenna Agnes Nnamani. She was aged 47."

Former Governor Chimaroke Nnamani’s family said that a date was yet to be fixed for her burial.
